On our weekly #Outandabout we visited one of our favourite places today!
Even the drive out in the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits as we pulled up to the The Wandering Kitchen on the Lake
The festive cheer greeted us from outside but you cannot beat the feeling of walking into the cosy wooden cabin with the warm fire flickering and the twinkly lights ✨
We enjoyed warming up with the best hot homemade sausage rolls, tasty cakes and warm drinks ☕️ 🍰

🇬🇧 Armistice Day at Bridge House 🇬🇧
Today our residents & families came together for a moving Armistice Day tribute,
We shared in thoughtful readings, heartfelt hymns, poems & music, we observed the two minute silence to honour all who served and sacrificed. 🕊️ 🪖
Residents also enjoyed a special Poppy Tea, complete with homemade treats of lemon and poppy seed muffins,
we included time for quiet reflection and remembrance.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in paying our respects.
We will remember them. ❤️🌺
