Annual Survey

Residents and Relatives Survey

We believe that understanding how we are doing, means listening, reflecting, and hearing your views. Each year, we run a survey with our residents and families to hear directly from them: what we are getting right, and where there is room to grow. This allows us to keep improving and innovating, so we can continue delivering the highest standards of care our residents deserve. We are pleased to share the findings from our latest 2025/2026 survey.

What Our Residents Say

The feedback from residents in our latest survey at Bridge House paints a picture of a happy, well-run home where people feel genuinely cared for and in control of their own lives. Every resident told us they are happy with the care and support they receive, 100% said the home is clean, tidy and well looked after, and 10 out of 10 said the laundry service is good.

Every resident told us they have a say in their care, are able to spend time doing the things they want and enjoy, and that the team is always available when they need them. Every resident is supported to maintain their independence, and 10 out of 10 said they would recommend Bridge House to others, a true reflection of a home where residents come first.

What Our Families Say

Families at Bridge House were overwhelmingly positive in our latest survey. Every relative confirmed the home feels like a happy place to live, and 100% said the team treats their loved one with kindness and compassion. Every family respondent agreed that the team is capable of providing the care their relative needs, and 9 out of 10 said the home and gardens are clean, tidy and well maintained.

Families described Bridge House as “a welcoming friendly place where families add to the vibrant atmosphere,” praising the activities as “amazing and of a high standard and variety.” Others told us that “all members of staff are friendly and welcoming and they will go out of their way to help.” It is clear that at Bridge House, families feel not just welcome, but truly valued as part of our community.
