Meet our Home Manager,
Marta Leszko

Marta has been part of the Carebase family since 2015 and, as a registered nurse and trained Dementia specialist, she has extensive elderly care experience.

Marta spent an earlier part of her career as Deputy Manager at Bridge House, prior to returning as Home Manager in 2022. She holds a Masters’s degree and Leadership and Management qualifications.

Marta is passionate about enabling our wonderful residents to live life to the full and providing expert guidance and support to families.

In her spare time, Marta enjoys keeping active by cycling and doing Pilates. She also enjoys travelling and likes to relax by going to the cinema and spending time with friends.

Speaking about her role at Bridge House, Marta said: “Nothing beats seeing residents smile, knowing they are happy and fulfilled. I’m proud to support and develop our wonderful team to deliver excellent care.”
