Types of care
Whatever type of care you need, the level of service will be bespoke to your personal requirements.
Some of our residents simply require help from day to day, while others appreciate a little extra assistance or even specialist 24-hour care. Everything we do is tailored to the individual needs of each person. We make sure that we know as much as possible about our residents’ lives, including hobbies, interests and preferences. Along with their medical history and personal requirements, this valuable information makes up their own personalised and detailed care plan. This means that every member of our team gets to know the person as an individual and we can then plan their care exactly to their individual needs, whether they need specialist nursing care or wish to be more independent. We also constantly review and revisit every care plan to make sure we make it right every time. This means that you can be assured that your loved one is receiving the highest quality of care when they need it.
Expert care team
We recruit and retain the very best people who complete on-going training and development to ensure that they continue to deliver market-leading care based on best practice, and our team is also supported to complete a diploma in health and social care. This gives our team confidence and the incentive to improve, which in turn gives confidence to our residents and their families that the care they receive is of the very highest standard.
Holding registration for residential, nursing, and dementia care means that our residents should never find themselves in a situation where we are unable to care for them if their needs change. They should never need to move to another care home, which is a benefit for both residents and families.
As one resident’s family told us – “My wife has been a resident since 2017. The care staff, led by an excellent nurse, make every effort to enrich her life. Nothing is too much trouble; the team is highly trained, the facilities are excellent and I am treated as well as the residents. The care and compassion are constant.”
